Bailey Johnson can design and install British Gypsum metal stud partitions which provide a high standard of internal finish in all types of buildings. These systems are designed to satisfy the most demanding fire, thermal and acoustic performance requirements and, at the same time, be simple and quick to install. GypWall metal stud partitions
Specifications demanding higher performance walls in new-buildand renovation projects can be fulfilled using one of the specially developed versions of the GypWall system. These wall systems can generally be adapted to meet almost any combination of design and performance criteria.
Glasroc Firewalls
Partition systems with multiple layers of board based on single and twin metal frames giving up to 4 hours with Glasroc boards. Substantial acoustic performance is also achieved with these constructions.
These wall assemblies are designed to meet the most stringent fire performance requirements in commercial and industrial buildings where safety, security and protection of contents are prime considerations. Wall heights of up to 7200mm can be constructed which achieve the required fire performance and structural stability.
Gyproc ShaftWall
This system is used to form fire protective enclosures to all forms of shafts including service cores. lift shafts, stairwells and ducts. A number of fully tested variations are available which can meet height requirements of up to 7500mm, fire resistance of up to 2 hours, acoustic performance up to 49dB Rw as well as the air pressure requirements for high speed lift installations.
Based on a metal framework formed from Gypframe I-stud, the system incorporates a 19mm thick Gyproc Core Board and a variety of face layer configurations depending on the required specification.The system is completely compatible with standard Gyproc GypWall metal stud partition installations. The unique stud and core board retaining channel design allows the wall to be constructed easily from only one side.
