Suspended Ceilings

Bailey Johnson design and install suspended ceilings nationwide, from all the major suspended ceiling manufacturers including: Armstrong, Burgess, OWAcoustics, Hunter Douglas, Ecophon, Danogips and many more. We also install British Gypsum MF plasterboard ceilings, which can be installed flat, sloping or curved to suit your specific design requirements.

There are two main functions of a suspended ceiling; one is to enhance the working environment providing provide a clean, professional finish and the other is to cover and protect unsightly building services such as heating pipes, electrical conduits and ventilation ductwork while providing easy access for maintenance.

Suspended ceilings are not only decorative and functional but can provide acoustic and thermal insulation as well as improving sound quality in critical areas. Bailey Johnson. can design and install suspended ceilings in the form of concealed or exposed metal grid, with mineral fibre ceiling tiles or metal tray ceiling tiles.

From an aesthetic reason alone, suspended ceilings provide a clean and professional finish as well as playing a part in reducing noise levels, optimising light reflection and saving energy from loss of heat in unwanted areas above the ceiling.

Suspended Ceiling Tiles

There is a vast range of suspended ceiling tiles and suspended ceiling grids available such as metal tray ceiling tiles, mineral fibre ceiling tiles, recessed and exposed ceiling grids. This allows them to be used for a large range of requirements such as providing sound absorption, thermal and moisture resistance.

The suspended ceiling tiles differ not only in size but texture, edge details and suspension systems. This means that we can always install a suspended ceiling, which not only provides a good rating for fire, humidity and acoustics but also is also aesthetically pleasing.
