Bailey Rail is a market leader in the design and installation of mechanical, electrical and telecommunications services across the entire UK mainland rail and underground network.
We have successfully delivered award-winning major station upgrades and installed systems at all the country’s major terminii together with those at over 200 regional, local and underground stations.
We provide a comprehensive, integrated service that takes projects from feasibility through asset surveying, design and installation to commissioning, end-user training and maintenance.
By working with other NG Bailey specialist businesses, we also offer a range of complimentary capabilities which incorporates off-site manufacturing, energy auditing and management, fit-out, and ICT services.
We have installed M&E and telecommunications services at over 50 depot and Traincare facilities for Train Operating Companies and also London Underground including:
- New build facilities
- Depot extensions, refurbishments and improvements
- Service control centres
- Refuelling systems, cleaning, bogie drop and wheel lathe facilities
- Traction shore supply systems
- Centralised compressed air and vacuum installations
- Power supplies
We are the holders of a Network Rail Principal Contractor Licence and are an Achilles Link–Up partner and accredited in 77 product groups.
